Ben Pluke (CEO) is an entrepreneur in the private healthcare industry and works with a large variety of company leaders and media professionals. Ben’s vision is to create research backed chemical additives that can change the economics of the renewables industry.

Alex has been founding and leading technology startups for 24 years.  He launched his first venture at 19 and sold it when he was 26, winning the Shell Livewire Entrepreneur of the Year award. He co-founded and sold Life Stage Media to TPG aged 29. GM at onefinestay where he ran a hardware team, the company sold to Accor Hotels for $115M. Co-founder at Kandidate that grew to $4M revenue and worked with the world’s top 25 VC’s and over 200 scaleup teams.

Karl has been a seasoned engineer and entrepreneur in Green Energy manufacturing since 2015. He purchased The Oxford Charcoal Company in 2018 and sold it in 2023. He founded Oxford Biochar in 2019. Karl brings a deep understanding of upscaling operations, CO₂ sequestration and credits, LCA and certification standards of Biochar. Karl will deliver Raft’s product at scale.

Head of Marketing & Communications

Mia specialises in communications, focusing on decarbonisation solutions and sustainability strategies. Mia has worked across private, public and non-profit sectors in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia. She has previously co-founded the non-profit Real Zero, aimed at decarbonising healthcare in the UK. She is also a freelance urban forest-maker with SUGi Project in London, and an award-winning eco poet.
